Mizoram Police Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria

For the post of Sub-Inspector (SI), candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. The age limit for the SI post is between 21 and 28 years. For the post of Constable, candidates should have passed their 12th standard or equivalent from a recognized board. The age limit for the Constable post is between 18 and 25 years.

Candidates applying for both SI and Constable posts should be a citizen of India and have a domicile of Mizoram. They should also meet the physical standards set by the Mizoram Police Recruitment Board. The physical standards include a minimum height of 165 cm for male candidates and 157 cm for female candidates. The chest measurement should be 78 cm with a minimum expansion of 5 cm for male candidates. Candidates should also meet the medical standards set by the recruitment board. They should not have any major medical conditions and should have a good mental and physical health.

Nationality :

The candidate should be a citizen of India and Should be a domicile of Mizoram

Academic Eligibility :

Constable :

Candidate must be a 12th Class (10+2) passed from a recognized Board or its equivalent.

Sub-Inspector :

1.The candidate must be a graduation or equivalent qualification from a recognized College / Institutions affiliated to a University.

2. Working knowledge of Mizo language at least Middle School standard.
