Namita Thapar is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She pursued further education in the US and obtained an MBA post-graduation degree from Fuqua School of Business, North Carolina. She worked in the US for six years in various financial roles including Business Financial Lead in the Financial Department Planning of Glasgow and Guidant Corporation (now Abbott).
In 2007, Namita returned to India and joined Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, her father’s company, as CFO.
