Ram Charan is the son of famous Telugu actor Chiranjeevi and Surekha. Ram Charan is a popular Indian actor known for his work in Telugu films. In 2016, he appeared in the action thriller film Dhruva where he played an IPS officer, and in 2018, he played the role of Chitti Babu, a semi-deaf villager, in the period action-drama Rangasthalam, which earned him widespread critical acclaim. He also made a cameo appearance in the film Khaidi No. 150 alongside his father, marking his father’s comeback into mainstream cinema.
In 2019, Ram appeared in the action film Vinaya Vidheya Rama, which received negative reviews and didn’t perform well at the box office. In 2022, he appeared in S. S. Rajamouli’s directorial RRR, which received widespread critical acclaim and became the third highest-grossing Indian film and second highest-grossing Telugu film worldwide.
