Saisha pursued a degree in Fashion Designing from the National Institute of Fashion Technology in Mumbai and later completed her Masters in Fashion from the House of Versace in Italy.

She worked as a salesperson at Kimaya Fashion Store in Mumbai and was promoted to visual merchandiser.
