Shivangi Joshi is an Indian model and TV actress best known for her roles in Hindi Television serials, particularly as Naira Singhania Goenka and Sirat Shekhawat Goenka in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai on Star Plus channel. Born on May 18, 1995, in Dehradun, India, Shivangi completed her primary education at Pine Hall School in Dehradun. She is a trained Kathak dancer and used to participate in various dance competitions during her school days.
After finishing her higher studies in Dehradun, she took a year off to pursue a career in television and moved to Mumbai. Shivangi got her break in the 359th episode of the serial Parvarish Kuch Khattee Kuch Meethi in 2013 after several auditions. She gained widespread popularity for her role in this Star Plus serial. In 2021, Shivangi played the main role of Anandi Bhujariya in Colors TV channel’s popular serial Balika Vadhu 2. In 2022, she will be seen as a participant in Colors TV channel’s famous stunt reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi S12.

Shivangi Joshi Career
Shivangi Joshi is an Indian TV actress who made her television debut in 2013 with Zee TV’s Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi. She went on to appear in several TV serials such as Beintehaa, Love by Chance, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai where she played the character of Naira Singhania Goenka. In 2021, her character was killed off, but she continued to play a look-alike character called Sirat Shekhawat Goenka. Joshi left the show in October 2021, and this second character was also killed off.
She also appeared in the music videos of various songs, including Aadatein, Baarish, Teri Ada, Kismat Teri, Aashiqui, O Dilbar Yaara, and Humnava. In 2020, Shivangi was supposed to make her debut at the Cannes Film Festival with the film Our Own Sky, but due to the pandemic, the film was later released on an OTT platform. In November 2021, she was cast as Anandi Bhujaariya in Colors TV’s Balika Vadhu 2. Joshi participated in the stunt-based reality TV show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 in 2022, finishing in 12th place. She was ranked 5th in Eastern Eye’s List of 50 Sexiest Asian Women in 2018, and 7th in 2019.
