Suraj Nambiar was born on Aug 9 in Bangalore, India to entrepreneur father Raja Nambiar and singer mother Renuka Nambiar. His brother Neeraj Nambiar is the founder of Voorpret, an event management company in Pune. He completed his education at Jain International Residential School in Bangalore and graduated in Civil Engineering from R.V College of Engineering in 2008. In 2013, he pursued a diploma in Financial and Managerial Accounting from the London School of Economics and Political Science, followed by a course in International Management at Stanford University in California.
