Death Cause
Noted anchor Vikas Sharma of Republic Bharat Television passed away on Thursday after being ill for the last 3 days. Sharma had previously been infected with COVID-19 but had recovered. He used to present the program ‘Ye Bharat ki Baat Hai’ at 9 pm. Republic Television editor Arnab Goswami has mourned his death and stated that it is a big loss for the news network. Sharma was 35 years old and was from Kanpur. He was receiving treatment at Kailash Hospital in Noida, where he passed away. He is survived by his wife, a son, and a daughter.
